IT’S TIME TO FINALLY TELL THIS STORY – REVOLUTION IS INSPIRED BY TRUE EVENTS

Revolution reveals the true history of how the Castro brothers lied, cheated, and murdered their way to power. The REAL story of the Cuban Revolution has never been successfully told. The family of the Author Al Romero lived through these times. One of his uncles who was initially a member of Castro’s military, turned against the Revolution when he realized Fidel was turning Cuba into a Communist country. He was then murdered by a firing squad. Another uncle was sentenced to 30 years of hard labor.
Al wrote a brilliant, novelized version of what happened to his family and so many other Cubans under Castro’s Regime and how Fidel gained power through lying cheating and murdering.

Al has decided to bring this story and his novel to the big screen where it can gain a global audience; to do this Al has assembled an award-winning team of filmmakers. Stewart Raffill / Director, Diane Kirman / Producer, and Art Smith / Producer.
We believe Revolution will appear to a wide range of demographics that typically watch movies during their downtime, but not just any movies. There are those films that often tick all the right boxes: drama, heaps of action, themes of violence, and romance.
This story is told through a historical perspective, and we believe Revolution can be filmed to appeal to a broad audience.

We are looking for development funds to begin the script-writing process and the cost analysis to make it into a film or streaming limited-series.
